Steps: 1) Clean Surface before applying 2) remove paper (blue & white) backing 3) applying decal stuck to transfer tape directly to surface 4) smooth out decal with a credit card or similar tool, be sure there are no bubbles 5) carefully remove transfer tape, decal should then be on the surface
