Volcano Ruby' is the latest addition to this popular series of mildew-resistant Garden Phlox that debuted in 2004. This great new color blooms with plum-red flowers that have an electric effect on the garden... the color has to be seen to be believed! This Volcano, like all previous varieties, offers the same great compact growth habit, fragrance, long bloom and extreme tolerance for the powdery mildew that plagues most phlox.
